Some parts are held in our laboratory, but as you can imagine, we can't hold every combination. If we do not have the parts in stock, they take 5-7 working days to arrive from Italy. If we have the parts in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3 p.m.
If you have purchased Next Day Delivery, your parts will be sent out in that manner as soon as they arrive with us if we still need to get the stock in our lab.

How to order the right part
What we need from you
Set these in the boxes above when you order. Length only applies to some parts — see step 3:
About length: only temple arms come in different lengths, so a length box appears for them — it's the three-digit number printed inside the arm after the colour code (e.g. 140 or 145), not the lens size (the 54□16 style numbers). Screws, décor and cases are one fit, so there's nothing to pick — that's normal, not a missing option.
Where to find your codes: printed on the inside of the temple arm — the model number (e.g. RB4165), the colour code (e.g. 601/71) and, for temples, the length. Not sure? Email us a photo and we'll confirm.
Fitting your new part
Some parts — like screws, tips and nose pads — are a simple job at home. For temple arms, or if you'd rather not risk it, let our UK lab fit them for you.
Stock & delivery
In stock: if we hold your part in our lab, it's dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm.
Not in stock: we order it in from Luxottica in Italy, which takes 5–7 working days to arrive before we send it on. If you've chosen Next Day Delivery, it ships that way as soon as it reaches us.

Which parts can I order for my RB8313?
For the RB8313 we can supply temples, hinge screw, temple ray-ban decor, lens screw, nose pads, case — that is the full list Ray-Ban make for this frame, and it is what the Replacement Part selector offers. If you need something that is not there, Ray-Ban do not currently make it for this model — email us and we will tell you what your options are.

Yes — choose “Sunglasses UK to fit” (+£10) at checkout and we'll email a Royal Mail returns label. Send your frame in and our UK lab will fit the part and post it back.

Prescription lenses for your RB8313
You do not have to replace the frame to update your prescription. We glaze genuine Ray-Ban prescription lenses into the RB8313 you already own — clear, tinted, polarised or light-reactive, with UV, a hard coat and anti-reflective on every pair as standard.
Tell us your model, size and prescription and we check it against Ray-Ban’s own range before anything is ordered. Every job is dispensed by a GOC-registered dispensing optician. Single vision only at the moment.
