Fitting, delivery and returns

Most parts are a simple swap at home with a precision screwdriver. If you'd rather not risk it, choose “Sunglasses UK to fit” (+£10) on the product page and we'll email a Royal Mail returns label — send the frame in and our UK lab will fit it and post it back.

In stock: dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm. Not in stock: ordered direct from the maker, typically 5–7 working days before we send it on. Parts are custom-ordered to your model and colour, so orders can't be cancelled once placed — email us first if you're unsure.

If we hold it in stock, it's dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm. If not, we order it direct from the maker, which usually takes 5–7 working days before we send it on.
