Fitting, delivery and returns
Most parts are a simple swap at home — silicone pads and tips push or clip straight on. For anything more involved, our Lindberg repair service covers work our lab carries out on the frame itself.
In stock: dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm. Not in stock: ordered direct from the maker, typically 5–7 working days before we send it on. Parts are custom-ordered to your model and colour, so orders can't be cancelled once placed — email us first if you're unsure.

If we hold it in stock, it's dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm. If not, we order it direct from the maker, which usually takes 5–7 working days before we send it on.
