Choosing the right part
Where to look: your frame family (spirit, air titanium, strip, n.o.w., acetanium and so on) and size are engraved on the inside of the temple arm. Not sure which you have? Send us a photo and we'll confirm before you order.
Fitting, delivery and returns
Most parts are a simple swap at home — pads and tips push, clip or snap straight on, and nose pads can be fitted by our lab for £12.50 if you choose “Sunglasses UK to fit” on the product page. For anything more involved, our Lindberg repair service covers work our lab carries out on the frame itself.
In stock: dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm. Not in stock: ordered direct from the maker, typically 5–7 working days before we send it on. Parts are ordered in to your model and colour, so email us first if you're unsure. Returns are free, and you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind.

My model isn't listed — can you still help?
Usually, yes. Email us a photo of your frame with the model and colour codes and we'll check availability with Lindberg and quote you.
Can you fit the part for me?
Pads and tips are designed to be fitted at home in seconds. Nose pads can also be fitted by our lab — choose “Sunglasses UK to fit” (+£12.50) on the product page. For repairs to the frame itself, use our Lindberg repair service and we'll do the work in our UK lab.
How quickly will my part arrive?
If we hold it in stock, it's dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm. If not, we order it direct from the maker, which usually takes 5–7 working days before we send it on.
