Fitting, delivery and returns

Most parts are a simple swap at home with a precision screwdriver. If you'd rather not risk it, choose “Sunglasses UK to fit” (+£10) on the product page and we'll email a Royal Mail returns label — send the frame in and our UK lab will fit it and post it back.

In stock: dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm. Not in stock: ordered direct from the maker, typically 5–7 working days before we send it on. Parts are custom-ordered to your model and colour, so orders can't be cancelled once placed — email us first if you're unsure.
