The service is from £50. That covers your existing lenses refitted and secured, a full service of the hinges, arms, screws and nose pads, and an ultrasonic deep clean. Where the frame needs a genuine Ray-Ban part beyond that — a new temple, a screw kit, replacement lenses — we email you a price before any work is done, and you decide.

We email you a free Royal Mail label, and typical turnaround is five working days from the day your frame reaches us. Return postage is included. Sunglasses and glasses alike.

Professional Ray-Ban repair service

A Wayfarer arm that has snapped at the hinge, Aviator nose pads that have gone hard, a Clubmaster with a lost screw or a loose lens — nearly everything that goes wrong with a Ray-Ban is fixable, and usually for a lot less than a new pair. Our trained lab technicians repair Ray-Ban sunglasses and glasses with genuine Ray-Ban parts rather than replacing the frame.

What's included in our Ray-Ban repair service

  • Lens refitting — your existing lenses refitted, aligned and secured.
  • Hinge and arm service — hinges checked, tightened and realigned; spring hinges serviced.
  • New nose pads — fresh genuine Ray-Ban pads on the metal models that have them.
  • Full frame service — every screw and component inspected and adjusted.
  • Deep clean — ultrasonic cleaning of the whole frame.
  • Quality check — final inspection before it goes back to you.

Please note: this repair service does not include new lenses. Genuine Ray-Ban lenses are available separately on our Ray-Ban replacement lenses page, and we can fit them as part of the repair.

Repaired in our own UK lab

Your frame is repaired in house by our own trained technicians — the same bench that has handled Ray-Ban repairs since 1999. Where a part is needed we order it through our authorised dealer account with Luxottica, who make Ray-Ban, so what goes back on your frame is the genuine temple, screw or nose pad for that model and colour. If you would rather fit a part yourself, every model we can supply has its own page in our Ray-Ban sunglasses parts and Ray-Ban glasses parts collections.

Common questions

What's included in the Ray-Ban repair service?

Your existing lenses refitted and secured, a service of the hinges and arms, new genuine nose pads on models that have them, a full frame service, an ultrasonic deep clean and a final quality check.

Are the replacement parts genuine Ray-Ban?

Yes. Every part is an authentic Ray-Ban component ordered through our authorised Luxottica dealer account, fitted in our own UK lab — never an aftermarket copy.

Does it include new lenses?

No — the repair service does not include lenses. Genuine Ray-Ban lenses can be ordered separately from our Ray-Ban replacement lenses page, and we can fit them during the repair.

Can you replace a snapped Ray-Ban arm?

Yes. We supply genuine Ray-Ban temples for most models, matched to your colour code, and fit them as part of the repair. We email you the price before any work is done.

Do you repair Ray-Ban glasses as well as sunglasses?

Yes. The service is the same for Ray-Ban optical frames — your existing lenses are refitted and the frame is serviced. We do not glaze new prescription lenses into glasses as part of this repair.

What information do you need from me?

Just two things, filled in on this page when you order: the model if you can find it (printed inside the left arm, e.g. RB2140), and what needs doing. That comes through on your order, so we know whose frame has arrived and what to do with it. Anything else you want to add, Email us.

How do I send my Ray-Bans in?

Once you order, we email you shipping information and a free post label. Pack your frames safely and send them to our own UK lab using the label.

Could there be an extra charge?

Only if your repair needs spare parts beyond the standard service. If so, we'll always contact you first with the price for approval before proceeding.

What if my Ray-Bans can't be repaired?

Repairs are carried out at the customer's risk. If we cannot complete the repair, we refund what you paid less £5 towards postage.

Can you tell me more before I commit?

Yes. Email us the model and what's wrong — a photo helps — and we'll tell you what's involved and whether it's worth doing, before you order anything.
