Genuine Parts Guarantee
Where a replacement part is needed we fit the manufacturer's own component wherever one exists — we hold authorised dealer accounts with Luxottica (Ray-Ban, Oakley, Persol, Oliver Peoples) and others — never an aftermarket copy where a genuine part can be had. Repairs are carried out by hand in our own UK lab.
The service is from £50. That covers your existing lenses refitted and secured, a full service of the hinges, arms, screws and nose pads, and an ultrasonic deep clean. Where the frame needs a spare part beyond that — a new temple, a bridge, a screw kit — we email you a price before any work is done, and you decide. For Ray-Ban, Oakley, Persol, Oliver Peoples, Tom Ford, Lindberg, Tiffany and Bvlgari we fit the manufacturer's own part.
We email you a free Royal Mail label, and typical turnaround is five working days from the day your frame reaches us. Return postage is included. This service does not include new lenses. Sunglasses rather than glasses? Use our sunglasses repair service.
Glasses repair by post, from our UK lab
A snapped arm, a hinge that has worked loose, a missing screw, nose pads that have gone hard, a lens that keeps popping out — the small faults that stop a good pair of glasses being worn. Post them to us and our trained lab technicians put them right by hand, with your existing lenses refitted and the frame serviced, cleaned and adjusted. Any brand, metal or acetate.
What's included in our glasses repair service
- Lens refitting — your existing lenses refitted, aligned and secured in the frame.
- Hinge and arm service — hinges checked, tightened and realigned; spring hinges serviced.
- New nose pads — fresh silicone pads on frames that have them, genuine where the brand supplies them.
- Full frame service — every screw and component inspected, replaced where worn, and adjusted.
- Deep clean — ultrasonic cleaning of the whole frame.
- Quality check — final inspection and alignment before it goes back to you.
Please note: this repair service does not include new lenses. Your existing lenses are refitted; we do not glaze new prescription lenses into glasses as part of this service. If your lenses are the problem, Email us before ordering and we will tell you what we can do.
Repaired in our own UK lab
Your frame is repaired in house by our own trained technicians — the same bench that has handled eyewear repairs since 1999. For Ray-Ban, Oakley, Persol, Oliver Peoples, Tom Ford, Lindberg, Tiffany and Bvlgari frames we order the genuine part through our dealer accounts, so a snapped arm comes back with the manufacturer's own temple in the right colour. For other brands we fit the closest matching quality part and tell you so before we start.

Common questions
What's included in the glasses repair service?
Your existing lenses refitted and secured, a service of the hinges and arms, new nose pads on frames that have them, a full frame service, an ultrasonic deep clean and a final quality check.
Which brands of glasses do you repair?
Any brand, metal or acetate. For Ray-Ban, Oakley, Persol, Oliver Peoples, Tom Ford, Lindberg, Tiffany and Bvlgari we fit the manufacturer's own parts through our dealer accounts; for other brands we fit the closest matching quality part and tell you first.
Does it include new lenses?
No — the repair service does not include lenses. Your existing lenses are refitted. We do not glaze new prescription lenses into glasses as part of this service.
Can you replace a snapped arm on my glasses?
Usually, yes. Where the brand supplies a genuine temple we order it in your colour; otherwise we fit the closest matching part. We email you the price before any work is done.
What information do you need from me?
Three things, filled in on this page when you order: the brand, the model if you can find it (printed inside the left arm), and what needs doing. That comes through on your order, so we know whose frame has arrived and what to do with it. Anything else you want to add, Email us.
How do I send my glasses in?
Once you order, we email you shipping information and a free post label. Pack your frames safely and send them to our own UK lab using the label.
Could there be an extra charge?
Only if your repair needs spare parts beyond the standard service. If so, we'll always contact you first with the price for approval before proceeding.
What if my glasses can't be repaired?
Repairs are carried out at the customer's risk. If we cannot complete the repair, we refund what you paid less £5 towards postage.
Can you tell me more before I commit?
Yes. Email us the brand, model and what's wrong — a photo helps — and we'll tell you what's involved and whether it's worth doing, before you order anything.
