Genuine Ray-Ban replacement lenses, matched to your frame
Scratched, worn, or just fancy a change? Replace your Ray-Ban lenses with genuine ones — or upgrade to polarised, mirrored or Transitions. Whether you wear a vintage frame, Wayfarer, Clubmaster, Aviator or a current-collection pair, we'll match new lenses to your exact model. Fit them yourself, take them to a local optician, or let us fit them for you.
Genuine Ray-Ban Chromance replacement lenses, supplied as a matched pair with the correct Ray-Ban etchings and a certificate of authenticity.
Chromance is a lens, not a frame
Chromance is Ray-Ban's own lens technology rather than a model name. Ray-Ban describes it as combining anti-glare polarisation with contrast enhancement for brighter colours and better clarity: a polarised polycarbonate lens carrying high-contrast pigments, an anti-reflective coating on the back surface and a water-repellent treatment on the front. Every Chromance lens is polarised, which is why this page offers one option rather than five.
Does your frame take Chromance lenses?
Chromance is fitted to a specific set of Ray-Ban frames, so we need your model code to confirm yours is one of them. Frames we can supply Chromance lenses for include the RB3543, RB3708, RB3721CH, RB4255, RB4263, RB4264, RB4265, RB4320CH and RB4330CH.
Two things identify a Chromance pair. A model code ending in CH is Ray-Ban's own Chromance marker. And because every Chromance lens is polarised, your existing pair carries a small P beside the Ray-Ban logo on the right lens.
Ray-Ban has begun listing some of these frames as Polarized+ rather than Chromance. The lens is the same and the model code has not changed.
Chromance in your prescription
The lenses on this page are non-prescription. If you need your own prescription in a Chromance frame, we make that as well — Ray-Ban produce Chromance as a prescription lens in five finishes, every one of them polarised, and we glaze them to your own frame.
Start on our Ray-Ban prescription lenses page. Give it your model code and size and it shows you every lens Ray-Ban make for that exact frame, then checks your prescription against them before you pay, so you are never sold a lens that cannot be made. Benjamin Myers, a dispensing optician registered with the General Optical Council, checks the job against the frame itself before it goes to Ray-Ban. Single vision only for now, seven to ten days once the job is placed, and £10 if you would rather we fitted them.
If your frame is not a Chromance model
Order from our main Ray-Ban replacement lenses page instead, where non-polarised, polarised, mirrored, graduated and Transitions lenses are available across the full Ray-Ban range.

How it works
Once you order, your genuine lenses are supplied direct from Ray-Ban to match your model — usually 5–10 working days, arriving finished and ready to fit. If we hold your lenses in stock, they're dispatched the next working day, and any Next Day Delivery you've paid for applies the moment they reach us.
Choose “Sunglasses UK to fit” at checkout and we'll email you a Royal Mail returns label — send us the frame and our workshop fits the lenses for you. Prefer to do it yourself or use a local optician? Choose “Customer to fit” and we'll send the loose lenses. You may also want replacement screws or a precision screwdriver for fitting.
Common questions
Are these genuine Ray-Ban lenses?
Yes. Every lens is an authentic Ray-Ban component ordered directly from Ray-Ban — never an aftermarket copy. Each pair carries the correct Ray-Ban etchings and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
I know my model, colour code and size — can I just order?
Absolutely. If you have your model code, colour code, size and the lens type you'd like, add them to the Replacement Lens Details boxes and place your order — we take it straight to Ray-Ban, with no waiting on confirmation.
Can I fit the replacement lenses myself?
Yes. Choose “Customer to fit” and we'll send the loose lenses for you, or a local optician, to fit. Prefer us to do it? Choose “Sunglasses UK to fit” (+£10) and we'll email a Royal Mail returns label so you can send us the frame.
What information do you need to order my lenses?
Three details, printed inside your frame's temple arm: the model code (e.g. RB3025), the colour code (e.g. 001/3E) and the frame size (e.g. 58). Add these to the Replacement Lens Details boxes when you order. If you're unsure, email a photo of the inside arm to ben@sunglassesuk.com and we'll identify them.
How long do replacement lenses take to arrive?
Genuine Ray-Ban lenses are ordered in to match your model and usually take 5–10 working days to arrive finished. If we hold your lenses in stock they're dispatched the next working day, and any Next Day Delivery applies once they reach us.
Do the lenses come as a pair?
Yes — you receive two lenses, both with the correct Ray-Ban etchings, plus a certificate of authenticity.
Which Ray-Ban models can you supply lenses for?
All of them — including Aviator (RB3025), Wayfarer (RB2140), New Wayfarer (RB2132), Clubmaster (RB3016), Justin (RB4165), Round Metal and Hexagonal frames, as well as vintage and current-collection models.
What if my chosen lens type isn't available in my colour?
Most lens types are available right across the Ray-Ban range, so for most orders there's nothing to think about. Occasionally the colour code you enter is only produced in a different lens type — for example, you've chosen polarised, but that colour is made as non-polarised. If that happens, we'll get in touch before your lenses are ordered with your options: upgrade to the polarised version, or pick from the colours available for your frame.
Can I cancel my order once it's placed?
Because Ray-Ban lenses are ordered in specifically for your frame directly from Ray-Ban, orders can't be cancelled once placed. All fittings and repairs are carried out at the customer's own risk.
