Shipping policy

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free on every order. Faster services are available at checkout if you need them, and we ship to the EU, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Switzerland and Norway.

United Kingdom

• Royal Mail 2nd Class — free. Our standard service, selected by default on every order.
• Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked — £5.00. Faster, and trackable from the moment it leaves us.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm — £7.50. Guaranteed next working day before 1pm, fully tracked and signed for.

Delivery times are Royal Mail's own and we have no control over a parcel once it is with them. If something has not arrived when you expected it, email ben@sunglassesuk.com and we will chase it.

Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Gibraltar and the Faroe Islands

Express International — £5.50. Free UK delivery does not extend to these destinations.

Europe

Royal Mail International Tracked — £10.90 to all 27 EU countries.

Switzerland and Norway

DPD International — £10.90.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duty, VAT or handling charge raised by their own country. Those are set by your customs authority rather than by us, and we cannot predict or refund them.

Sending frames to us for a repair

Postage on a repair is free in both directions. Once you have ordered we email you a free post label to send your frames in, and return postage is included in the price of the service. If you would rather use a different postage service to get them to us, you are welcome to, at your own cost.

Please ask for the label before posting anything. A parcel that arrives without one takes longer to match to your order.

Returns

Returns are free, whatever the reason. Our refund policy sets out how they work and how long you have.
