What our sunglasses repair service includes
One flat service — the works
- Lens fitting — your existing lenses correctly refitted and secured.
- Full-frame service — hinges, arms, nose pads and screws checked, realigned, tightened or replaced as needed.
- Ultrasonic deep clean — your whole frame cleaned and refreshed in our ultrasonic cleaner.
Please note: the service doesn't include new lenses. If your repair needs spare parts, there may be a small extra charge on top of the service — we'll always confirm with you first before doing anything.

Repairs are carried out at the customer's own risk. If we find your sunglasses can't be repaired, we'll refund the service minus the £5 return shipping cost to send them safely back. What's included in the repair service?
One flat service covering lens fitting (refitting your existing lenses), a full-frame service of the hinges, arms, nose pads and screws, and an ultrasonic deep clean of the whole frame.
Does it include new lenses?
No — the service refits your existing lenses but doesn't include new ones. If you need replacement lenses, get in touch and we'll help separately.
What information do you need from me?
The brand, model, colour code and size of your sunglasses — add them to your order notes or email us. It helps our technicians prepare the right parts before your frame arrives.
How do I send my sunglasses in?
Once you order, we email you shipping information and a free post label. Pack your sunglasses safely and send them to our lab using the label — no postage to sort yourself.
How long does the repair take?
Typically 5 working days in our workshop once your sunglasses reach us, then they're sent straight back to you.
Could there be an extra charge?
Only if your repair needs spare parts beyond the standard service. If so, we'll contact you first with the cost and only proceed once you're happy.
What if my sunglasses can't be repaired?
If we find your sunglasses can't be repaired, we'll refund the service in full, minus the £5 return shipping cost to send them safely back to you.
