What does the standard £50 repair fix?
The classic bridge wobble. We replace the worn internal bridge rubbers, fit new metal pins to hold the bridge firmly in place, and give the whole frame an ultrasonic deep clean — all with genuine Oakley parts.
What's the £10 add-on?
For an extra £10 we'll replace every remaining rubber on the frame — not just the bridge — so the whole Juliet feels factory-fresh. There's no separate option to select; just request it in your order notes and we'll add it.
How long does the repair take?
Typically 5–7 days in our workshop once your frame reaches us, then it's straight back to you.
How do I send my Juliet in?
Once you order, we email you a prepaid shipping label and simple instructions — how to pack it and what to put in the box (just your details so we can match it to your order). You won't need to sort postage yourself.
Are the parts genuine Oakley?
Yes. We only use genuine Oakley components, fitted by hand in our UK workshop — never aftermarket copies.
